Private contact details such as your email address and WhatsApp number are not published unless you choose to make them public or explicitly ask us to display them. We may share private contact details with confirmed clients, assigned professionals, or operational partners only when reasonably necessary for a real booking, event, collaboration, or support request.

7. Sharing personal data

We do not sell personal data. We share personal data only where necessary for the purposes described in this Policy.

• Assigned bartenders or professionals: for confirmed or serious event coordination, only the information needed to assess or perform the service.
• Clients: limited professional information about assigned bartenders or service providers where needed for a booking.
• Service providers: hosting, infrastructure, email, forms, analytics, payment, accounting, communication, security, and operational tools used to run Bartendly.
• Communication platforms: if you contact us through WhatsApp, Instagram, email, or other third-party platforms, your use of those platforms is also subject to their own privacy terms.
